Personal letters to and from Ben Hogan -- in the Brandenburg Museum

Make sure to stop by the museum to take a look at some of the framed personal letters, many to and from Ben Hogan. These are located opposite of the restaurant next to the full-size replica major championship trophies. Here is one letter Byron Nelson sent to Hogan. Nelson and Hogan grew up together, both caddying at a nine-hole course outside of Fort Worth, Texas. They ended up competing against each other on the tour, being two of the most successful golfers of all times. In this personal letter, Nelson is congratulating Hogan after his British Open victory in 1953.
